Bratwurst Hash Cakes with Spicy Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 1 carton Golden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrown Potatoes, refreshed
  • 2 Tbsp Dry mustard
  • 2 cups Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 lbs Cooked bratwurst, chopped
  • 8 oz Butter

Instructions:

  1. Refresh 40 oz of Golden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrown Potatoes according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Whisk together dry mustard, Dijon-style mustard and mayonnaise. Set aside.
  3. Add half of butter to a large rondeau, and sauté hashbrowns and bratwurst until golden brown.
  4. Layer hashbrowns and bratwurst and drizzle mustard mixture over top. Serve.
