Bratwurst Hash Cakes with Spicy Mustard
Ingredients:
- 1 carton Golden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrown Potatoes, refreshed
- 2 Tbsp Dry mustard
- 2 cups Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 lbs Cooked bratwurst, chopped
- 8 oz Butter
Instructions:
- Refresh 40 oz of Golden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrown Potatoes according to package directions and set aside.
- Whisk together dry mustard, Dijon-style mustard and mayonnaise. Set aside.
- Add half of butter to a large rondeau, and sauté hashbrowns and bratwurst until golden brown.
- Layer hashbrowns and bratwurst and drizzle mustard mixture over top. Serve.
