Steakhouse Potato Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 carton BAF Scalloped O’Brien Style Potato Casserole – Reduced Sodium (SKU 10054)
- 5 qt Boiling water
- 4 oz Butter, unsalted
- 4 cups Caramelized mushrooms, white button, sliced
- 3 Tbsp Rosemary, fresh, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Onion flake
Instructions:
- Add water and butter to 2-1/2” deep, full-size steam table pan. Stir in sauce pack until dissolved.
- Add mushrooms, rosemary, onion flake and potato slices. Stir well.
- Bake in 325° F convection oven for 45-60 min (425° F conventional).
